i checked out the "new" in game store yesterday and it looked like you can actually only buy a item four yourself but not as a steam gift for a friend.
Is there a option to buy something as a gift? If yes, how does it work?

Some of the old commanders and skins can be found in steam store, and also you can use some online stores on the interwebs
