Hrmm....
Why does Stumrpanzer Brummbar have the follow Intel Bulletins:
1 - (Common) Infantry Annihlator @ reload 4% faster
2 - (Uncommon) Angry Grouch @ reload 3% faster
I thought the uncommon Intel Bulletins are supposed to be better?
