Does "Ramming Speed!" doctrine work for T34/85?

Increases T34/76 ramming range by 5%, I'm curious if this applies to the T34/85 as well.

dont know if this worls for the upgraded t34 but this bulletin dont make a damn different there alot bether bulletins they have bether game impact
like the conscripts ones. this bulletin come to late and u will have problems at the begin of the game
