I saw this in patch notes
- Heat Shell ability no longer uses the artillery collision type
- Heat Shell ability now uses the proper speed and acceleration values
this will make it more useful now?? anyone test it yet??

Basically meaning HEAT shells will no longer hit terrain and act in terms of speed as 17pdr. Finally not hitting terrain or something along those lines.
