Mortar accuracy bulletin

Can anyone confirm if they fixed the mortar accuracy bug? There is a bulletin for auto fire and one for barrage. Both of the aforementioned bulletins actually decreased accuracy. Has that been fixed?

don't know.. since the mortar bulletin that will make mortar fire land on itself i stop using them.
