I got my account hijacked and submitted a ticket, with evidence and all.
It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't heard from them, how long usually takes to solve issues like these?

I waited 1,5 months to get told they can fix but wont.

Getting accounts back usually takes a looooooooooong time, few of my friends accounts have been hacked and it took them a few months to get their accs back

My account was "hacked" 4 years ago or so. Had to send them a photo of a game case including the activation number printed on the manual. Took about 1 week and i had my account back. Things may have changed, i dont know.
