Eid Mubarak!

One question:

Do muslims use the term "Eid Mubarak" for all kind of happy festivals?
I remember reading it also at the end of Ramadan (Īd al-Fitr)

we use "Eid Mubarak" in any occasion that is a Eid for us, the one after Ramadan was a Eid, so "Eid Mubarak" is also used in that occasion.
