How can I get Advanced Warfare Tactics commander

That and urban defense are only Soviet commanders I'm missing but I don't really want urban defense anyway. I don't feel like farming war spoils for one commander but you can't buy it anywhere so far as I can see. Anyone know if I'm mistaken? It's the only commander with 34/85s and the newly buffed PPSH cons so I would love to give it a whirl. Thanks

They give it out on Valentine's Day along with Close Air Support for free. It is part of the Make War Not Love promotion with Creative Assembly. You can also get it through drops from warspoils but I think you can buy it now as well.
