I think it would be a good idea that if you already have a half-track on the field, this ability will only deploy the Guards so you don't have additional half-tracks everywhere that you don't need.
The PPSH guards are also the closest thing to elite infantry the Lend-Lease commander has (although it's not like every soviet commander needs elite infantry call-ins to be good)
Same can be applied to the Mechanized assault groups the germans get, or perhaps reinforcement ability can be added to it so you don't have goofy halftracks which can only ferry infantry about.
Your thoughts?
