what is the date of the OCF tournament ?
Starts on Saturday 19th September for the opening qualifiers.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

I would certainly like what kind of effect the balance patch has on the tourney.

Yeah I'd say next week as well if they want it in before the tourney and allow people some time to get used to the changes.
