Bridges don't lose health during repair

I was playing a game and use arty.Bridge was already destroyed and enemy starts to repair the bridge.I fire with my arty so until my units reach there,enemy to don't repair bridge.But during the fire bridge didn't lost health at all.Is like as it was in coh 1.Isn't enough that they make so strong the bridges that needs 3 times barraz by 4 artys,now we cann't even destroy a half repair bridge?

it is a bug suppose addressed during step 3rd update, but I guess it doesn't
