It is still here.
Everytime my opponent surrender and bugspat, giving me a lot of lose record instead of win.

Had this problem too. Verified game cache and I haven't had it since. Also I noticed that my British Forces DLC wasn't checked under the Steam DLC list. Make sure that is checked before verifying cache.
