In a game yesterday one of my opponents had a building cache bulletin that gave 5% off the costs of fuel caches or something and instead of being designated as rare etc. was 'reward'
Where/how would one come by this?

It's from the Ardennes Assault. Fuel is for beating the campaign with Baker Company and ammo with Able.

Wouldn't recommend it as it saves a glorious 10MP per cache!

If you like playing USF some of the other bulletins Seen here are actually pretty sweet though.
