Help

Hi there,

Just played a match vs an OKW opponent on Kholodny Ferma Winter. I got the north side, which has the deep snow surrounding the base. In general I just hate this map so freaking much, yet there are other maps that have a higher cancer level than this, so I don't veto it.

I pretty much contained the north side, which is limited in it's defensive capabilities, since you have shot blockers everywhere and you can't have one line of defense. I couldn't control the south fuel because he built his Schwerer Panzer HQ there and his blobs were always protecting it. I had the north fuel for almost half the game, but when the Vet 5 volks with shrecks started showing up, it went downhill. I killed his King Tiger with good mine placement and popping armor piercing rounds on my at guns, but the King Tiger still sniped a vet 3 mg, an at gun and a vet 3 rifle squad.

Now after I dealt that blow he simply kept controlling the fuels by just blobbing obers and volks up to the north fuel as soon as I tried to capture it, my priests all missed (rng gods hate me) and he kept taking it back.

I build:

-Mgs
-Riflemen with lmg1919s
-At guns
-Fighting pits with mgs
-Priest
-M20

I upgraded:
- weapon rack for zooks
- Grenades

I used:
-Mines
-Defensive stance
-Priest barrage
-Grenades

I used everything I could, but still the question remains, how do you fight this with the shitty USF rifle scaling and units and their capabilities:





Not hating on the guy at all, just how do you beat this? I can beat OKW guys if they stay defensive and blob from time to time on certain maps. But on this map and with this kind of vet vs my horrible vet 3 rifles, I just don't see how?

Edit: fighting pits just get shot up in one volley from the Shreck vet 5 blobberino. Same goes for Shermans, didn't bother as soon as I had seen the Shrecks..
