I Need to find where are the Units listed which cant pass the building. for example infantery cant pass barbed wire. Is there another way then Impass ext?

ok and can i Change only to Special Units which can pass? like pz4 can pass but t34 not

No, it is not that specific. It blocks all land units.
However, you can change the crush options for those vehicles, so that some vehicles can crush the building while others cannot.
