A friend of me (Gsamu) and I develope a mod. Now my friend publish the mod on steam. He added me as a contributor and we have a few problems:
a. I am the contributor and I can not find the way to edit the steam page. For example, add images, videos etc.
How I could do that ?
b. My friend and I mod the game but he is the only one who can update the mod (by steam). Is it posible to me to update the mod by steam also ? The question is how.

Contributor is just for credits, it does not provide any additional privileges.

Is it possible to my friend to give me more privileges ?
As a contributor I am very restricted. I can not edit simple things like screenshot and videos.

No, it is not possible. Whoever created the Steam Workshop files will be the only one who can make any changes.
You can always petition Valve to make changes. I posted about it in their forums some time ago, because I also think it would be useful, but nothing came of it.
