Played a game and this is what happened, at the beginning looked normal but later appeared this.

meh just mesh failed loading, it is no bug, i once have all model pink

there's also a box at the center of every map and if the map is low enough (such as misnk pocket) you can blow the ground down and show it. that box is too high to be the center though.
