Go to the site, hit CTRL+F5 that should force reload the site. Or just clear your cache.
Other options include using private browsing if you only need it for once or twice.

A force refresh won't help him passing the glorious "cookie age gate".
Clearing the full cache will also lose all other saved data he may need.
