How does German HMG reposition in building now?

How does German HMG reposition works in building now? I feel it takes no time to reposition when it needs to change window. when I move my RM from front door to back door, the HMG changes it's facing almost immediately, is it suppose be now? anyone has the same feeling?

The firing arc changes immediately but I'm sure that the MG doesn't start firing without any delay.
I still see the guy reloading it everytime.

my feeling is there is zero delay when they change the firing arc

The arch itself changes directly, and it always has. However, the MG still needs 4 second to reposition before it will fire.
