[DERP] Optimal cooling pad use

I got a derp question.

So I use a laptop to play CoH2 and I use a cooling pad. Yesterday I screwed off my bottom plate to remove dust inside. I noticed that I dont have airholes in the bottom of my laptop. So is the cooling pad doing optimal work now?

Wouldn't it be better to remove the bottom plate and let the cooling pad ventilate everything? Or would that supercool everything and get too much dust inside? I mean, bottom plate is there for a reason...

why dont you get a fine metallic net and place it where the bottom panel used to be when sitting down for a game. that is just a though i had.

and i am not qualified in anyway and as far as i know, your set up now is probably just fine.
