Attribute Editor cloned files not showing-up

In AE, the files that I have cloned are not showing-up as a 'choose one option' when I try to edit an extensions entry. I can't figure out how to refresh the list... or any other way to get it to work. Some of the cloned files do show. But, the majority do not. Also, I have searched for a solution with no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Can you clarify your problem a bit more? What files have you cloned, and where are you trying to reference them?
