after i finish the download process on steam my completeing installation process wont go further than %5 no matter how much i wait!
what is the solution?

This sort of thing happens pretty regularly on steam. Two things I try to get it to work:
Right click CoH2, 'Delete Local Content,' and reinstall.
If this doesn't work, just re-install steam, try again.
Basics, but they have always fixed stuff for me.

i reinstalled the game and didnt work! gonna try reinstalling steam i suppose

Some people also mention that if you change the language of the game, and then change it back again, it will trigger the download. Never tried this myself, however.

well thanks mate i reinstalled the steam client and this time it got stuck on %39
I guess i am gonna try the language thingy now
