Hello I am a Newish COH 2 Caster From Ireland. I started my COH 2 Casts about 3 weeks before this Post was made. So far I've casted 2 games. I tend to split them into parts because I use fraps to record when recording.
You cna paste me a link to your game replay and I'll try my best to cast it.

Why don't you just convert files you get from fraps with VirtualDub and then put them together with Vegas or some other program (I think even VirtDub can put videos together)?
EDIT: yup VirtualDub has the merge option

I don't use sony vegas even though I have it. I have another thing that will save it. but because fraps records such large files. It's the main reason I split it. the files would take way too long to save as a big file. and due to somethings I do IRL i wouldn't have time for that. I'll be recording a cast today since i'm bored.

Thats why you should use VirtualDub, it converts fraps file and makes them much smaller without losing quality,and then while they are small you merge them. At least thats what I usually do.
