Just a small thought I had, are Partisan PTRS affected by the changes and good for taking out the weapon in Axis support teams?




The Panzerschreck too? Or is it a different Panzerschreck in the files?
Major Conscript user.
Sometimes NKVD Commander.

If it has affected Conscripts then it should affect them also.

Of course I don't have the depth of knowledge in the stats that others do, so someone should be along later

Yes the partisans use the same PTRS and Shreck as the regular squads. So they got changed accordingly
