Just a small thought I had, are Partisan PTRS affected by the changes and good for taking out the weapon in Axis support teams?
The Panzerschreck too? Or is it a different Panzerschreck in the files?
Are Partisan AT improved from recent patch?

If it has affected Conscripts then it should affect them also.

Yes the partisans use the same PTRS and Shreck as the regular squads. So they got changed accordingly
