Command Points Reset Bug

Ok, so I modded the game a bit so far most of the game is stable. The Soviets on the other hand have a odd bug. After reaching like 10 or 11 Command Points, it resets back to 0. Does not occur on other factions. I'm not sure as to what could cause this minor bug. I'm not sure if it is related to an upgrade I gave the soviets. The upgrade is just in the upgrade panel of the Tank Depot. It just allows the creation of the T-34.

Solved my problem. I was an idiot how put the unit to Cost the Command Points not Require.
