This thread is for documenting salvageable wrecks on maps. Relic has done some work on cleaning this up but not nearly enough.

The Rails and Metal panthers don't seem to provide cover either.

Neutral trucks can be salvaged once destroyed, too.

I think this one has been fixed, I remember something about neutral vehicles in previous patch notes.
