Piercing shells from Jadgtiger are broken in that way as well.
You get 1 additinal shot at the beggining of ability or at the end.
I just don't know if this extra shot is piercing or regular.

I'm pretty sure the barrage ability on the M8 and the Priest are the same as well.

sounds like the normal weapon and ability weapon don't share a cooldown, which isn't surprising.

This, it is true to all weapons with barrage like mortars, isgs and so on.
