Pretty much what the tile says
If your unit is suppressed your nades bacome less accurate.
Maybe also decrase the range
Just imagine you are behind sandbags and a mg is firing at you.
You just toss the nade above the sandbags and pray for a hit.
Please discuss

increasing scatter just makes an RNG mess. decreasing the range is a better idea.

Everyone wants to buff the mg42. But I always thought this was a better solution And solves problems on both sided.

the MG42 really does need a buff. nade range is only part of the problem with it.
