Watching some replays with computer enemys I realized that the PC is able to shoot at targets that are hidden in the fog of war.
Not only that but he is also able to place off-map-abilitys into the fog of war.
This is supposedly the reason why the PCs mortars are so raping. (apart from that the pc also builds enormous amounts of them)
Just wanted to share this knowledge
