It´s impossiable! You can only reinforce from Bunkers (upgraded to Command Bunker) and the SdKfz. 251 Halftrack not from the 250 Halftrack.

add a spawner_ext to the 250 ebps.
afaik you cant make it ONLY reinforce pgrens. you could cheat by only enabling the reinforce when it is near a pgren squad though
