Duplicate war spoils - traded for others?

I posted on the other forums and did not realize this is where it was at... Can we trade in war spoils for others- I have been trying to get two-toned paint for my king tiger for a long time now... I have duplicates for each winter cammo, but no summer two-toned...

Sadly we can't... But maybe we will be able,in two or three centuries,when the USF will have heavy tanks:foreveralone:
