A USF counter for OST artillery?

I had a 1 vs 1 game vs an ost player and problem was his artillery destroying my units and my base. And I could not counter it.

Is there a way to counter it besides doctrinal Priest?

Dropping airborne on it and using their demo charge is always fun.
