How do I add abilities from one unit to the other?

So, say I want to give conscripts a grenade ability, for now lets just say it's native to them instead of researched/vet gained, how do i do that?

Go to [sbps], find conscritps squad, expand squad_abilities_ext, right click on "abilities" and choose "Add". Find Guards' grenade ability (guards_throw_defensive_grenade_mp) and double click it. That way they will use Guards' grenade ability.
If you want Conscripts to use "their own" grenade ability, you will have to clone Guards' (or someone else's) ability under different name (let's say, cons_grenade_mp) and then choose it from squad abilities' list. In some cases you might have to delete requirements tables first, as some might not be actually possible to fulfill (for example Volks' grenade requires one of trucks to be placed first)
