Rightclick on coh2 in steam > Properties > Local files > Verify game cache

Nope its not :C when i get into Menu it is get lagged and then crash + bug splat . BTW sorry for my English :C

Check wether your gpu drivers are up to date. I've also been playing coh2 in a windows 8.1 running system for months with no problems.

Yup no problems playing with win 8.1, although if you upgrade from win 8 to 8.1 you might need to reinstall the game (+ any video driver updates etc)
