why doesnt Ostheer have ability to create green cover

US--> Rare echs can build tank traps best green cover in game
OKW--> Volks can build sandbags
Soviets-> Cons can build Sandbags

Ostheer --> :banana:

I play all factions, im used to creating cover while capping or preparing for counter attack.. playing as ostheer i find a bit lost having to rely extensively on available cover.

is there any workaround?

is it because OStheer gets Smines they dont get build cover?

They get bunkers which count as green cover I believe. But yeah it isn't free :/
