Which of these Intel Bulletins is better for KV-1?
(I just want to use one bulletin slot on the tank since the other 2 slots are for infantry bulletins.)

I'd go for the 3% more armor.
4% increased defense probably has to do with received accuracy.

Can anyone confirm what exactly "increased defense by 4%" means?
4% reduced incoming accuracy sounds a bit better than 3% armor increase, right?
Given how high the penetration is on Axis AT, doesn't that make a mere 3% increase not that impressive.

3% more armor means + 10 armor (350 with that bulletin). Means: less penetrating hits.
Less received accuracy on infantry squads makes enemy inf hit less frequently. If you reduce received accuracy of a KV-1 it should therefore make tanks/ATGs less accurate vs a KV-1.
I don't know how less received accuracy will affect a KV-1's survivability but you're right: 4% sounds better than 3%

After playing with both, I think I like Thicker Skin more. Panthers don't have the best moving accuracy and I think Thicker Skin helps a lot with Panthers missing more as they try to circle you or back away.
