Hello
It can be done
to say the soviet units (tanks) on the other can be used (eg german)?
soviet units (tanks) <<>> Change german

Germany can use the soviet tanks
soviet units (tanks) <<>> german
and where can I find the mod tools into the tank or you can use other people, etc ..

Yes, you just have to remove any build requirements from the squad such as nationality, building, or upgrade that the new faction will not have, then add the unit to the spawner for the building that you want to build it.
