There is a bug that can make stuart stun ability passive. That means that every shot will cause stun, you dont even need to use ability. This happens when you are using his stun and while it active decrew stuart and go back inside.
I think that bug really serious soabuse it while you can it should be fixed ASAP.

Biggest problem is inf priority during stun ability is on.
And this is isolated environment. In game it won't be so easy to abuse. I guess it even won't happen.

I've known about this for a very long time. It has been around since WFA was released and can be replicated with a 100% success rate.
It still doesn't really make the Stuart a worthwhile unit.
