why not just make one of their defensive gains from vet to an offensive gain so they also scale offensively as the game flows?
i also like removing schrek from volks and putting it on sturmpios.
I would not recommend that. units should be able to function without vet . if they cannot function without vet how do you expect them to reach their vet. second they already get some very serious offensive bonuses that makes their kars considerably less crappy but still inferior to the dps of a raw grenadier squad. but god help if they ever manage to acquire an lmg. last night a vet 2 volks managed to pick up 2 bars. 5 minutes later they where vet 5 and wtf pawning rifleman left and right. giving them more offensive vet and would make any weapon they pick up a nightmare.
