Just need someone to confirm if when I start building for example the BGH, and half way through its completion i cancel, does it take all my resources with no refund?

Yes you get all your resources back, but if you don't make it in time and they destroy it while it is still building, you don't get squat.

If it has taken any damage and you cancel it you get nothing. So don't try to cancel at the last second if they are about to destroy it, better to just cross fingers and pray.

So even if it took 1 shot from a combat Engineer Mosin, it will not refund the cost?

pew. thats harsh. i thought it was bad enough that you lose the truck either way.
but then... in all my games as OKW i never had to cancel a truck because it got fired upon and was at risk of being destroyed before setting up...

You always get a refund when you cancel. Percentage of resources recovered is the percentage of health remaining with no negative modifiers, so 100% back at full health, half back at 50%, etc.

oops my bad, I usually don't build my truck without troops protecting it, so the only time I really cancelled was when I mis-clicked.
It is dumb that you don't get a full refund, considering you have ot wait so long for another truck to appear to start building again.
