I need some advise against Allied infantery

First of all i'm not the best CoH 2 player and would like to really have some advise about frustrations I'm getting. I mostly play 3 vs 3 and 4 vs 4 with friends. We win and we lose. We some times play soviets but most times we play as the axis and one tactic really wrecks our nerves, which is the USF rifleman spam.

I would really like some advise in how we as Axis (we play both OKW and Ostheer) could effectively fight this tactic. The problem we mostly have is our first group of infantery (including HMG groups) gets overruned by multiplegroups and sometimes squad wiped, it happens. But when we starting to come back they walk around with bars (or mostly 30 calls) and bazooka's. when they get their bars and bazooka's we get the feeling nothing can stop them. Our infatery gets wiped easily. HMG's get smoke thrown in front of them and tanks don't stand a change and we don't got a lot of those tanks. The only thing that worked for us is the brumbar/sturmtiger and arty. But those units come way too late. And most times we start to effectively come back against the infatery spam we don't have a lot of AT and then Shermans / T-34's show up.

This way we are frustrated and surrender because we lost all our troops too soon and get overrun by tanks while we finally got T2. Änd before starting to scream how OP USF is and blame everything except ourselved we would appriciate some advise how to face the USF rifleman spam?

Thanks in advance

Its certainly possible to fight allied infantry with your own infantry and support weapons. Heavy weapons like the Brummbär or Sturmtiger are not a necessity.

It'd be better to see a replay of you guys playing. That way it is easier to identify and point out mistakes.

That's the problem IMHO, they are forced to be very linear with their strategy due to faction design. Just like Brits in vCOH, you have a base building that only produces infantry, light vehicle and tech officer which means there is almost no room for build variation f you want to be competitive at highest levels

You need to provide replays, it's much easier to point out your mistakes taht way. But in general, I have to say this is somehow map related. If you have good MG positioning, you would not have a problem specially in open maps. Do not setup you MG, hold it back and and set it up after your infantry started engaging the enemy. Then you have to reposition your MG when you see smokes and when enemies try to flak you.
Always have an spotter for you MG/FlakHT.
I smal urban maps, I would go for 222 and Luchs, Although some micro is needed with these.

Work with your team mate to build units that compliment each other. If you are going to MG spam, than make sure your buddy builds grens or volks to provide support.
