which US infantry is not affected by movement penalty

i feel that in winter maps the strumpios of OKW seems very effective as they dont get movement penalty while US units are doing the penguin walk strummis will run around.

oh yeah i never go with them in winter maps thought they would do the penguin walk and become useless.. ill trey them out in winter maps now :)
