Jagpanzer gunbarrel doesnt move and looks lame when fired

i noticed that jagpanzer gun barrel doesnt move at all yet it can shoot in arc which looks lame when it fires at 5 degree angles while the barrel is pointing some where else, is this happening only to me ? i have physics set to max.
