My last match it seemed like having the grenade bulletin helped with the range of the rifleman at grenade, is this the case or am I mistaken?

My last match it seemed like having the grenade bulletin helped with the range of the rifleman at grenade, is this the case or am I mistaken?
if i am not mistaken its 7% more range for the grenade.
