Did Quiet go to a Sniper school?

I just checked out the TGS MGSV demo and the first thing I though of when I saw Quiet's crazy speed was a vet1 soviet Sniper

LOL T34/85 is apparently a very good tank. But no one says it "one hit wipe" or elefant penetration; up to a point i think this little medium tank just have too much health and too much firepower with that fuel cost.

Can a mod change the title a bit, should be Soviet Sniper school, not Sniper school.

What's with the soviet sniper specification? Soviet snipers are arsewank compared to the german ones in every single way. Soviet snipers just happen to have a buddy to soak fire for 90 manpower a pop.
