Missing scenery reflections on water

Hey everybody.
I have a technical problem with company of heroes 2: Since i started playing this game again, i noticed that the water doesnt reflect any scenery anymore and therefore looks like garbage, especially from a narrow viewing angle. Only the reflection of the sunlight is visible. I already tried to reinstall coh2 and the newest driver, but nothing succeeded. I play on maximum settings. Can anyone confirm this problem / knows how to fix it? Thanks.

Using the latest Nvidia driver for GTX660.
