How to make a waterfall like there is on Hurtgen Forest

Hey

I'm just wondering if there is anyway to make a waterfall like there is on the Hurtgen Forest. If there is anyway to recreate this then please let me know as I would love to incorporate it into my next map.

You can use action markers for that (The red flag next to object placement) Place a action marker little above the ground and edit action and use fx_attach. you can find the waterfall effects in fx_ambient/water. Also remember to click apply changes.
