small thing to be concerned about but, why are g43/ppsh upgrade both at 3 cp? seems a bit late, since jagers light inf and shock troops come at 2 cp, why not all 2cp?

I don't know the specific reason, but it might be to give Shocktroopers and Jaegers some "Shock" value: i.e They have a little breathing room to fully exercise their shock value before the doctrinal infantry upgrades kick in and make it a lot harder to use them(Shocktroopers and Jaegers I mean).
Could also be something to do with tech timing, but don't quote me on it cus' I really don't know D:

3 CP for g43 isn't late.
Most players would want 1-2 lmgs first, a medic, etc... because those are the best, which takes a while.
g43s are a good upgrade to have on the rest of your grens (better than kar98k) that will be mobile and support lmg grens.
For pphs, I feel that they are only good when conscripts have vet 2 survivability buffs. Plain conscripts can earn enough veterancy until that time anyway.
