Can hear enemy commander deploying stuff

Wrong soundfiles playing is nothing knew iirc. For example, I captured an USF AA and it played the soundfiles of ost Tiger ("Heavy Panzer under attack" "This thing takes a lot of fuel you know").

But what I encountered the last days is much more a gameplay problem:

I could hear the enemy using his commander abilities. I played Sov and suddenly a wild "We have a Tiger to deploy" appears. Well, 10 seconds later there it was.

I think I had this bug before, but I really noticed that it seems working reliable just yesterday.


edit: I am a retard, forgot I was using radio intercept commander.

Well, wrong soundfiles playing is still a bug :D
